b. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.

5. Home Inspection Limitations

 

Home inspections are:

  • Non-invasive visual examinations

  • Conducted according to Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) standards

  • Limited to accessible and visible components at the time of inspection

Inspections do not guarantee future performance, lifespan, or hidden defects.
A home inspection is not a warranty or insurance policy.

 

6. Drone Service Limitations

 

All drone operations comply with FAA Part 107 regulations.
Flight availability may be restricted due to:

  • Weather

  • Airspace limitations

  • Safety concerns

  • Property access or legal restrictions

We reserve the right to postpone or deny drone flights if conditions are unsafe or non-compliant.

 

7. Intellectual Property
